Power Africa/YALI/USAID: Residency at the University of South Africa Graduate School of Business Leadership, supporting the career development of a new generation of women leaders in the energy sector.
Young African Leaders Initiative/US State Department: The Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) that empowers young people through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking. The Fellowship provides up to 700 outstanding young leaders from Sub-Saharan Africa with the opportunity to hone their skills at a U.S. higher education institution with support for professional development after they return home. Institutes focus on leadership and skills development in one of three tracks: Business and Entrepreneurship, Civic Leadership, or Public Management.
Pan African Youth Parliament: Awarded Young African Professional of the Year at the fourth edition of the African Leadership Award and Nation Building Series of the Independent Pan African Youth Parliament.
Institute for Energy Security, Ghana: The Institute for Energy Security (IES) is a think tank which focuses on the nexus between energy demand and energy supply. It sets the platform for research and publication, debates, discussions, conferences, consultancy, policy advocacy, training, and serves as a conduit to reinforce the global energy system. The think-tank explores these and other related avenues to provide insight into the role of technology, policy, economics, politics, and regulations in the performance and security of energy supply.
ILFA: Providing access to advanced legal training, networking opportunities and education for African lawyers and senior professionals engaged in the negotiation of complex transactions in Africa. ILFA furthers its mission through programmes that facilitates interchange opportunities for African lawyers to take part in a three-month secondment programmes in offices of international law firms, corporations, and law chambers.
